Comer Butterfly Valves are WRAS approved, the body is a P/P disc design made from the highest quality PVC (unplasticised polyvinyl chloride) and fitted with EPDM liner and O-rings. Manufactured in Italy to European standards, our fittings are widely used throughout the United Kingdom.

We stock both metric and inch variants which are available in sizes:  2 ½” – 8”.

Use

A Butterfly valve is used to start, regulate and stop the flow within a line. Butterfly valves have a circular disc mounted on a rotating shaft which can be manually operated with a lockable lever ratchet handle. If the butterfly valve is partially closed, this reduces flow while when completely closed, the disc stops the flow to the line altogether.
